Epic Games is giving away a popular tactical role-playing game from Marvel universe for free this week

Epic Games has revealed its final free game giveaway of its MEGA Sale 2024 period. For context, the company has been offering Chivalry II for $0.00 between May 30 and June 6. Prior to that, it gave away Farming Simulator 22, which it followed up with Dragon Age: Inquisition - Game of the Year Edition.

Now, the Epic Games Store has reduced Marvel's Midnight Suns (curr. $19.99 for PlayStation 5 on Amazon), which 2K initially released in December 2022 before delivering PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions five months later. Please note that this week's giveaway is not necessarily as generous as it may otherwise seem. Currently, the Epic Games Store states that Marvel's Midnight Suns has dropped from $59.99 to $0.00.

However, the storefront has been selling the game for $14.99 for almost a month at this point. Nonetheless, the PC version of Marvel's Midnight Suns has achieved an 83/100 average from 86 critic reviews on Metacritic. Incidentally, this is the highest review average for the game, which drops to 81/100 for its PlayStation 5 and Xbox One releases. For reference, 2K recommends running Marvel's Midnight Suns with AMD Ryzen 5 2600X or Intel Core i7-6700 processors, 16 GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 5700 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU. With that being said, the game should run on 8 GB of RAM and with combinations like a Ryzen 3 2200G and an RX 470 or a Core i5-4430 and GeForce GTX 960.
