Xiaomi releases new Slim Magnetic Power Bank with 25W charging and larger battery

Xiaomi has been on a spate of magnetic power bank releases lately. To recap, it recently launched a new version of its UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 in China. Moreover, it now sells a 10,000 mAh alternative in its home market, too. Alternatively, the company has also released an updated Slim Magnetic Power Bank with a 10,000 mAh battery capacity and support for 25 W wireless charging.
For the time being, we can only find Xiaomi selling its Slim Magnetic Power Bank 10000 25W magnetic power bank in Hong Kong. For instance, the power bank has not even made its way to the company's global website yet. Nonetheless, past performance indicates that the accessory will be available elsewhere.
For reference, the Slim Magnetic Power Bank 10000 25W retails for HKD 489 (~$62). In comparison, Xiaomi's older 5,000 mAh model costs HKD 349 (~$33) in Hong Kong. A 40% price increase between models, Xiaomi's new power bank adds faster charging too; the older UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank topped out at 15 W when charging wirelessly.
With that said, the Slim Magnetic Power Bank 10000 25W is closer in thickness to the older Super Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5000 (curr. $53 on Amazon) than its UltraThin counterpart. Also, the Slim Magnetic Power Bank 10000 25W comes in fewer colours than the UltraThin, with only Glacier Silver and Graphite Black finishes offered at launch.
