Xiaomi releases new Poco smartphone in more countries with large battery and 3,500-nit AMOLED display

Xiaomi has released its latest Poco-branded smartphone in more countries. Specifically, the company is now selling the Poco X8s in Europe and more parts of Southeast Asia. To recap, the same smartphone appeared on Xiaomi's global website last week, while also receiving an official release in Vietnam.
Now, the Poco X8s has appeared in Poland and Singapore, pending a broader rollout. As Xiaomi's global launch indicated, the new mid-range smartphone has reached both markets in black, blue and white finishes, with a choice between 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of storage.

Currently, the Poco X8s starts at PLN 1,599 (~$405) and SGD 619 (~$407) with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Alternatively, one can purchase the device with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage for PLN 1,799 (~$455) and SGD 619 (~$485). In all cases, the Poco X8s contains a 6,330 mAh battery, a 1-120 Hz AMOLED display with 3,500 nits peak brightness and a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. Also, the handset finds itself with 50 MP primary (Light Fusion 800), 50 MP telephoto, 20 MP front-facing and 8 MP ultra-wide-angle cameras.
Incidentally, the Poco X8s is the fifth member of the Poco X8 series after the releases of the Poco X8, Poco X8 Power, Poco X8 Pro and the Poco X8 Pro Max earlier this year (curr. $512 on Amazon). For the time being, Xiaomi has not confirmed when its new smartphone will be available elsewhere. Please see the company's website and our launch article for more details about the Poco X8s.
