MSI launches Intel-powered laptop with powerful Arc B390 iGPU

MSI has made the Venture 15 AI+ B3M available to purchase in the EU, and while the price isn't really attractive for the specs, it does feature capable hardware. Specifically, it's powered by the Intel Core Ultra X7 358H.
It's a powerful processor in the Panther Lake lineup, and it brings the Arc B390 iGPU. This integrated GPU, as per our tests, can handle many modern AAA games with the visual settings dialed down and the resolution set at 1080p. At the initial unveiling, MSI noted that there would be configurations with up to 64GB of RAM, but the EU listing is for a 16GB configuration.
On the front, the MSI Venture 15 AI+ B3M sports a 15.6-inch IPS display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Interestingly, the Chinese version has a 165Hz refresh rate, but both have wide color coverage, with the company claiming 100% sRGB coverage on the international version of the laptop.
A 60Whr battery powers the laptop's internals, and MSI claims up to 16 hours of battery life for productivity workloads. There's a decent selection of ports as well, including two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A and one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 with PD3.0 (100W Baseus 3.3-feet retractable cable curr. $12.99 on Amazon).
Design-wise, there's nothing fancy going on with the MSI Venture 15 AI+ B3M, with the laptop weighing 2kg (about 4.4lbs) and measuring as slim as 22.9mm. Other highlights include a dual-speaker setup with DTS and Hi-Res Audio, WiFi 6E, and an RJ45 port.
On LDLC, the laptop with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD is going for €1,199.95. For those looking for something a bit better than the MSI Venture 15 AI+ B3M at a similar price range, the OLED HP Omnibook X 16 with the same CPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD is currently available for $1,449.99 at Best Buy.
