Leaker reveals next Epic Games Store free game

Epic Games has only just refreshed its weekly game giveaway. For context, the company has decided to offer a popular multiplayer hack-and-slash game for $0.00 until next Thursday. Please see our earlier article for more details on the game in question and how to redeem it.

Officially, Epic Games has not commented on what game it plans to giveaway between June 6 and June 13. However, @billbil_kun has already revealed what game is next in line to be earmarked as the Epic Games Store's free mystery game of the week. As the video below implies, @billbil_kun alleges that Epic Games intends to give away Marvel's Midnight Suns (curr. $19.99 for PlayStation 5 on Amazon), which typically sells for $59.99 on Steam and the Epic Games Store.

With that being said, both storefronts have heavily discounted the game to $14.99, a 75% saving on its MSRP. Please note that these discounts end on June 13 on the Epic Games Store but on June 6 on Steam. For reference, Marvel's Midnight Suns averages 83/100 from 86 critic reviews on Metacritic for its PC version, the highest average score across its multi-platform release.
