Seiko's new HFH006P and HFH007P watches are now official
Seiko has unveiled the HFH006P and HFH007P for the Japanese market as two compact dress watches under its Seiko Selection line. Both share a quartz movement, leather strap and retro-inspired box-shaped Hardlex crystal, with sales set to begin on November 20.

Seiko has introduced two new watches under its Seiko Selection lineup with compact stainless steel cases, quartz movements and vintage-inspired design elements. Both models are scheduled to arrive in Japan soon. The new Seiko HFH006P and HFH007P are, for the most part, identical, with a 31 mm case width, 38 mm lug-to-lug measurement and 9.8 mm thickness. Both use calf leather straps, complemented by box-shaped Hardlex crystals. The latter gives the watches a distinctly retro appearance, reminiscent of older dress watches that featured raised crystals.

Both models are powered by Seiko’s Calibre 6N01 battery-operated quartz movement, which promises an accuracy of 15 seconds per month. The movement offers a straightforward timekeeping experience without the maintenance required by mechanical watches. They also feature push-button folding clasps, magnetic resistance and basic water resistance suitable for everyday use. However, Seiko does not specify a numerical water-resistance rating on either product page.

While their underlying hardware is more or less identical, the two references differ in their availability classifications. Seiko designates the HFH006P as a shop-exclusive model, while the HFH007P has no such restriction on Seiko’s Japanese online store. Neither watch is advertised as a numbered limited edition.

Both the Seiko HFH006P and HFH007P are priced at ¥34,100 ($215) in Japan, including taxes. Seiko is also offering a three-year warranty through its Japanese online store. Sales are scheduled to begin on November 20, 2026, although international pricing and availability have yet to be confirmed.
