Deal | Lenovo's flagship Android tablet with Snapdragon 8 Elite and 4K display gets a $200 discount

The Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 is one of the premium Android tablets Lenovo unveiled at IFA 2026, alongside the MediaTek-powered Yoga Tab Gen 2. Featuring Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, it has now received its first discount in the US, bringing the price down from $999.99 to $799.99.
For that price, the tablet comes with 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The bundle also includes the new Tab Pen Pro 2 and a detachable folio keyboard with backlit keys and a metal body.
Still, the biggest highlight of this tablet is the display. It’s not OLED, but the 13-inch panel offers a crisp 4K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. It reaches up to 1,100 nits of brightness in HDR, with support for Dolby Vision and up to 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut. That should make it well suited to multimedia use and gaming, with the bundled pen adding scope for drawing and other creative work.
The Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 runs Android 17 out of the box. It is slated to receive major OS upgrades up to Android 24, along with seven years of security updates through 2033. Other features include six Harman Kardon speakers, an 8 MP front camera, and 13 MP and 2 MP rear cameras. That said, the tablet is a bit thicker than the iPad Pro, OnePlus Pad 3, and Galaxy Tab S11, though it comes with a larger 12,700 mAh battery.
