iQOO Neo9S Pro+ teased on Weibo with buff blue vegan leather finish

Having launched the Neo9S Pro last month, iQOO is in no mood to rest on its laurels. The company is already dropping valuable pieces of information on Weibo on its next flagship smartphone, the iQOO Neo9S Pro+, that can be seen smiling for the camera in a Buff Blue color scheme applied to its sophisticated vegan leather case. This new flagship phone is rumored to launch in July 2024.

The white bit of the phone's rear is treated with what vivo calls a "TOL rubbing process" that creates a special crisscross line pattern for a pixelated look.

The new finish will supposedly be silky smooth to the touch. Moving on to the blue-purple half of the phone's back, that gets the so-called lychee-grain leather.

According to reports, the Neo9 Pro+ will boast a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED flat screen and a 1Hz to 144Hz adaptive refresh rate. Along with this, the phone will have an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner.

Moreover, it will offer some massive upgrades under the hood compared to its predecessor. While the Neo9S Pro sports the Dimensity 9300+ chipset, the Neo9S Pro+ is very likely to come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Neo9S Pro+ will also pack a 5,160mAh dual-cell battery with 120W fast charging support. Furthermore, a "6K Canopy VC" liquid cooling system will be tasked with cooling the device's internals.
