In June, Xbox Game Pass subscribers will have to say goodbye to five games from their gaming subscription. If you haven't finished playing one of the games yet, you can still take advantage of Microsoft's member discount and save a lot on your purchase.

Between June 1 and 18, Game Pass subscribers will be able to enjoy six new games - including full-price games and a new release that promises some variety for survival horror fans. However, some games will also be leaving the Game Pass this month. This affects five games that subscribers can still buy at a 20 percent discount with Microsoft's member discount until June 15.

The Bookwalker: Thief of Tales

The Bookwalker: Thief of Tales is an adventure game with point-and-click mechanics. Players take on the role of Etienne Quist, a former author who is in prison after committing a crime. And even worse: his writing skills have been taken away from him. But as a book wanderer, Etienne has the ability to immerse himself in the worlds of books and move around in them. To regain his freedom and his writing skills, he wanders through famous stories and steals artifacts. The hand-drawn graphics give the game a special charm.

Spacelines from the Far Out

Spacelines from the Far Out is a cooperative management and party game. Players run an intergalactic transportation company and must manage various aspects such as fuel, food, entertainment and cleanliness. The game supports up to four players in local or online multiplayer mode. It features colorful, cartoon-like graphics and humorous science fiction elements. Players complete missions, react to random events and upgrade their spaceships. The storyline is satirical and pokes fun at classic science fiction clichés.

Rune Factory 4 Special

Rune Factory 4 Special is an expanded version of the action RPG and farming simulator and can be compared to Stardew Valley - however, the game does not feature a pixel look, but anime graphics. Players take on the role of a hero who has lost his memory and ends up in the town of Selphia. There he is mistaken for a member of the royal family and must help them develop. You progress through the game by cultivating the fields, exploring dungeons and constructing new buildings. Side activities such as cooking, caring for animals or taking part in festivals also ensure progress.

High on Life

High on Life is a first-person shooter heavily influenced by Justin Roiland, co-creator of the popular cartoon series Rick and Morty. Players take on the role of a teenager who teams up with living weapons to fend off an alien invasion using humans as drugs. The weapons have their own personalities and contribute to the humorous tone of the game through their dialog. The graphics are colorful and obviously inspired by Rick and Morty. The humor is quirky and satirical - typical of Roiland's work.

Bramble: The Mountain King

Bramble: The Mountain King is a dark adventure and horror game set in a world inspired by Nordic folklore. It centers on Olle, a young boy searching for his kidnapped sister. Players explore the eerie world, solve puzzles and hide from dangerous creatures. The game is played from a third-person perspective. Dialogs and cutscenes deepen the plot and provide important information about the world and Olle's mission.
