SZBOX S100: Quarter-liter mini PC launches from US$184 with 2.5 GbE port
Chinese company SZBOX has just launched the S100, a new ultra-compact PC. It's powered by a quad-core Intel Processor N100 boosting up to 3.4 GHz and Intel UHD integrated graphics with 24 Execution Units and a 750 MHz maximum frequency. Joining it are 16 GB of soldered LPDDR5-4800 memory and an M.2 2242 slot for SATA SSDs, while cooling is handled by a blower fan strapped to a copper heatsink.
Connectivity consists of three USB 3.2 Type-A ports (unclear if 5 Gbps or 10 Gbps), dual HDMI 2.0, 2.5 GbE LAN, and a 3.5 mm audio combo jack, with the machine receiving power through a dedicated USB-C port. It also ships with an Intel AX200 wireless card and two detachable external antennas, which provide WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity.
The SZBOX S100 is already available to order on AliExpress. All models ship with 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and the aforementioned wireless card included, with pricing ranging from US$184 for the variant without a storage device to US$241 for the SKU with a 1 TB SATA SSD.
