The realme C100 is clearly built with durability in mind, making it a strong fit for users who value long-lasting performance over raw speed. It shines in everyday use thanks to its massive 8,000mAh battery, 45W fast charging, and rugged MIL-STD-810H and IP69-rated protection. These features make it reliable for heavy users and those frequently on the go.

Overall, the realme C100 is not a good option for mobile gaming. It struggles to provide a smooth experience in competitive titles and can barely run graphically demanding games. If you’re planning to purchase this device, don’t expect strong gaming performance.

So, what do we think about the realme C100? The realme C-Series has long been a compelling option in the budget category. The realme C100 is no different, but it could’ve used some improvements. The performance, while mostly decent, is held back by an aging MediaTek chip, and the audio-visual experience isn’t the best. In this case, however, the pros outweigh the cons.

Overall, the realme C100 is a decent budget smartphone that offers a durable build and excellent battery life. However, it falls behind in several other areas, including display quality and overall performance. If you are looking for an affordable secondary phone for light daily activities, this is not a bad option to consider.

So, should you buy the realme C100? Honestly, I think it’s an okay phone for its price. While the retail price is at RM1,099, it is currently at a discounted price of RM828 only on TikTok Shop – which makes it a pretty good option. The price on other e-commerce platforms will vary. If you’re getting this phone to the younglings in the family – like your kid or nephew or niece, then this phone is actually a great option.

The realme C100 5G features a large HD+ LCD display, exceptional battery life and a robust MIL-STD-810H and IP64 dust and water resistance rating. Even better, it is one of the few phones in the market which have a 3.5mm audio jack and microSD card support. This combination of features makes it particularly appealing for delivery drivers who require a large display and long battery life in a durable chassis. However, it’s not all a bed of roses and camera performance is middling at best. At the time of writing, there’s no official word on pricing save that it costs more than RM500 and is expected to be priced slightly north of that price band. If you’re on a tight budget, the realme C100 5G’s unique combination of features is worthy of consideration.

The Realme C100 5G is built for speed and long-lasting power. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip with 5G support, meaning faster downloads and smoother streaming if you are on a next-gen network. The 6.8-inch IPS LCD screen is buttery smooth thanks to a 144Hz refresh rate, and it gets bright enough (up to 900 nits) to use outdoors. Under the hood, you get either 4GB or 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage, plus a massive 7,000 mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. The main camera is a solid 50MP shooter, and the phone comes with a side fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and a headphone jack.

The Realme C100i is designed for practicality and everyday durability. Announced in late April 2026 and released in early May, this phone is built to handle a few bumps. It comes with an IP64 rating, meaning it is dust-tight and can handle water splashes like rain or a spilled drink, plus it is drop-resistant up to 2 meters and meets MIL-STD-810H standards. It is not a rugged brick, but it is tougher than your average slab. The phone feels solid in hand with a glass front, plastic frame, and plastic back, weighing 208 grams and measuring 8.4mm thick. It supports dual Nano-SIM cards and runs on Android 16 out of the box. The Realme C100i is powered by a Unisoc T7250 chipset built on a 12nm process paired with an octa-core CPU.

69.67%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
