New Xiaomi budget tablet with 4G heads for global release

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Pad 2 in June 2025 as a budget-friendly Android tablet. Now, its successor has received regulatory certifications in several countries.
The Redmi Pad 3 has surfaced in Malaysia’s SIRIM database with model number "2610FRP38G." The UAE's TDRA database lists the same model number and identifies the tablet as Wi-Fi-only.
Meanwhile, Thailand's NBTC database lists the Redmi Pad 3 4G under the model number "26104RPF2G." Both Redmi Pad 3 variants have appeared in Indonesia, with the Wi-Fi-only model listed in the SDPPI database and the 4G model in the TKDN database.
The 4G model previously appeared in Taiwan's NCC database, which listed an IP52 rating and three memory configurations with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. A separate battery certificate points to a rated capacity of 9,820mAh.
Xiaomi has yet to announce a launch date for the Redmi Pad 3. For reference, the Redmi Pad 2 (curr. $229.50 on Amazon) features an 11-inch IPS LCD panel. It uses the Helio G100 Ultra chipset and packs a 9,000mAh battery. The tablet also features four speakers with Dolby Atmos and offers stylus support.
