Hisense has launched the E7NQ QLED 4K smart TV in Europe, available in seven sizes from 43 to 85 inches. The model is cheaper than the recently released U7NQ, with a reduced feature set to reflect this. For example, the TV has a plastic rather than a metal bezel.
The E7NQ is a QLED model, whereas the U7NQ uses Mini-LED, meaning the brightness is lower; comparing 65-inch models, the E7NQ offers 330 nits compared to the 500 nits of the U7NQ. The refresh rate is limited to 50/60Hz rather than 144Hz, and there is no local dimming. However, the E7NQ still supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HDR. The model uses VIDAA OS, as is typical for Hisense’s European TVs, allowing you to download apps like Disney+, Apple TV and YouTube, and you can wirelessly screen share via Apple AirPlay 2. Game Mode Plus brings a Game Bar, 60Hz VRR, low latency MEMC and ALLM. There are also two built-in 10W speakers, compatible with Dolby Atmos, and a range of ports, including three HDMI 2.0 (ALLM, VRR, 60Hz), one of which features eARC and two USB 2.0. Plus, the TV comes with a voice remote and supports Amazon Alexa.
The official pricing of the Hisense E7NQ QLED 4K smart TV starts at €549.00/£519. A complete price list is provided below. However, customers in Germany can currently get the device at a lower price at Amazon; the 43-inch size is priced €200 lower at €349.00, and the 65-inch costs €599.00, €250 lower than the RRP. The E7NQ is identical to the A7NQ but offers a different stand and a more comprehensive range of sizes.
