Blizzard Entertainment has unveiled the cinematic trailer for the upcoming Diablo 4 addon "Vessel of Hatred". It features the young sorceress Neyrelle, who struggles with the consequences of her decision to imprison the supreme villain Mephisto. The trailer makes it clear that Neyrelle is traveling to the new region of Nahantu, which fans will remember from Diablo 2. Now the gloomy jungle area becomes the backdrop for the latest chapter of Diablo 4, in which Neyrelle searches for a way to destroy Mephisto once and for all.

New class: Spiritborn
As well as continuing the story with new zones and quests, Vessel of Hatred also introduces a new class to the game. Described by Blizzard as the "ultimate predators of the jungle", the Spiritborn are able to channel spiritual energies, allowing them to summon spirits, cast protection spells and use the souls of their enemies to support their allies and strengthen themselves.
Vessel of Hatred will be released in October and can already be pre-ordered
As you can see from the trailer, Vessel of Hatred will be released on October 8. The add-on can already be pre-ordered - either via Battle.net, Xbox, PlayStation or Steam. As usual, fans can choose from different versions. There is the Standard Edition for $40, the Deluxe Edition for $60 and the Ultimate Edition for $80. The pre-order bonus for all editions is the snow leopard pet and the legendary gemstone "Mother's Class" for immediate unlocking in Diablo 4.
