New Casio Pro Trek watch with unique strap now available in US

The Casio Pro Trek PRJB001EX-1 is now available in the US. This watch, designed for nature lovers, was launched in Japan in August 2026. It is a hybrid model with two analog hands, a small digital display and an indicator dial.

Casio’s PRJB001EX-1 has an unusual fabric band, with storage compartments to keep small items like keys or money secure. Another feature of the reversible strap is the ability to connect it to a carabiner, so it can be hung inside a tent or on a backpack.

The Pro Trek PRJB001EX-1 has a protective rotating bezel, which can cover the watch’s buttons to avoid accidental presses. This PRJ-B001 Series model is also low temperature resistant (-10°C/14°F), water resistant to 100 m and supports Tough Solar Charging. Other features of the watch are Bluetooth connectivity, support for 38 time zones and a double LED backlight. Plus, on-watch tools include a stopwatch, timer and alarms.

You can now buy the Casio Pro Trek PRJB001EX-1 at the brand's online store for $220. Customers are offered free shipping in three to five business days. It is unclear when this model could be released in Europe.
