Morefine M8S: New mini-PC introduced with Intel Celeron N5105, 16 GB of RAM and up to a 1 TB SSD
Morefine has started selling the M8S, just a few days after it introduced the S600 with Intel Core i9-12900H and Core i9-12900HK processors. While the Morefine M8S is approximately the same size as the Morefine S600, it relies on a significantly less powerful processor. Specifically, the Morefine M8S features the Celeron N5105, a quad-core part from Intel's Jasper Lake family that has a 10 W TDP and a 2.9 GHz peak CPU clock speed.
According to Morefine, the M8S measures 88 x 88 x 39 mm and weighs approximately 248 g, although it is unclear whether that weight includes an SSD. Moreover, Morefine has included plenty of ports that span three of its four sides. Based on the company's AliExpress listing, the Morefine M8S features the following I/O:
- 1x 3.5 mm jack
- 2x Gigabit Ethernet port
- 3x HDMI 2.0
- 3x USB 3.0 Type-A
- 1x USB Type-C port (power adapter)
Currently, the Morefine M8S starts at US$197.02 with no storage and 8 GB of DDR4 RAM. However, Morefine offers five storage options up to 1 TB and 16 GB of DDR4 RAM. For reference, Morefine charges approximately US$27 for the 16 GB of RAM upgrade, which is available on all but the 64 GB of storage configuration. As it stands, the Morefine M8S tops out at US$299.76 with 1 TB of storage and 16 GB of RAM.
