Lenovo's Aurora GK1077 Lite launches with built-in screen and rotary dial for around $19

Lenovo's new Aurora GK1077 Lite keyboard is now available through Chinese retailers, offering a built-in display, multimedia dial, and three connectivity modes for just CNY 129 (approximately $19).
According to IT Home, the keyboard uses a compact 70% layout, with a small status screen and rotary knob positioned on the right. The display provides battery and connection information, while the dial allows users to adjust volume and lighting effects without digging through software menus.
The GK1077 Lite also features a translucent upper housing, customizable lighting effects, and Cherry-profile ABS keycaps. A 4,000mAh rechargeable battery handles wireless operation, and the keyboard fully supports Windows and macOS. The reported polling rate is 125Hz, making it better suited to everyday typing than competitive gaming.
There is one detail worth noting: Lenovo describes the keys as using quiet silicone technology, rather than identifying conventional mechanical switches. In other words, buyers expecting a traditional mechanical keyboard might want to check what's under the keycaps before getting too excited. Three color options are available: Ice Mist Blue, Milk Coffee Orange, and Peach Pink and include a one-year warranty.
The Lenovo GK1077 Lite is currently only available in China, with no confirmed international release plans. Its combination of a display, rotary controls, and wireless connectivity at this price is certainly appealing, even if the typing experience remains an open question.
