Leaker @MysteryLupin has provided fresh details about the Galaxy Watch FE, one of several smartwatches that Samsung is rumoured to have in the pipeline for 2024 releases. Until recently, it was assumed that the Galaxy Watch FE would debut alongside the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra. Incidentally, only a day has passed since new information about those models appeared online, too.
According to @MysteryLupin, Samsung plans to unveil the Galaxy Watch FE later this month, well before its next Galaxy Unpacked event. For context, while the company is rumoured to have scheduled its next hardware launch event for July 10, it has not officially confirmed that date yet. Nonetheless, there have been no suggestions that Samsung has brought forward the launches of the Galaxy Watch7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Z Fold6 to June.
As a result, it seems that the Galaxy Watch FE will appear by itself when it debuts on June 24. In short, this tallies with previous leaks that also suggested that the smartwatch will retail for between €199 and €219 in the Eurozone. Ultimately, the Galaxy Watch FE is a re-badged Galaxy Watch4 (curr. $199.99 on Amazon) that Samsung will restrict to a 40 mm size.
