LG UltraGear OLED 32GS95UX-B: LG releases new 480 Hz OLED gaming monitor in Europe
LG has introduced a new OLED gaming monitor following a spate of UltraGear OLED monitor releases earlier this year. This time, the company has offered up the 32GS95UX-B, which it describes as a 'Dual-Mode OLED gaming monitor'. In short, it appears that the UltraGear OLED 32GS95UX-B is the UltraGear OLED 32GS95UE by another name.
As such, the UltraGear OLED 32GS95UX-B measures 31.5-inches across and outputs at 4K (3,840 x 2,160) with a 240 Hz refresh rate by default. Alternatively, it can switch to 1080p and 480 Hz while preserving 0.03 ms GtG response times and 98.5% DCI-P3 colour space coverage. Moreover, the monitor peaks at 275 nits when viewing SDR content but 400 nits with HDR content enabled and 1,300 nits across 1-2% of its panel. On top of that, LG has included the following ports:
- 1x 3.5 mm jack
- 1x DisplayPort 1.4 (DSC)
- 2x HDMI 2.1 (48 Gbps)
- 2x USB 3.0 Type-A
- 1x USB Type-B
As far as we can tell, LG is offering the UltraGear OLED 32GS95UX-B across some European markets and the UltraGear OLED 32GS95UE in others. Specifically, retail listings exist for the UltraGear OLED 32GS95UX-B in Germany, Poland and the Netherlands, as well as Switzerland and a few other countries. However, the monitor is only orderable directly from LG in Germany at the time of writing, where it sells for €1,399.
