Honor to release new smartphones with large batteries and flagship chipsets on October 21

After launching the Magic 9 series, Honor has now set its sights on its slightly less premium models. The company has confirmed its plans to present new devices in its Honor Win lineup, including a tablet, and multiple smartphones.
As shared on its Weibo page earlier today, Honor will be officially launching the Honor Win 2 series on October 21, with the smartphones being joined by a tablet, tipped to be branded as the Honor Win Pad. Like with the first generation of the series, Honor is expected to launch the Win 2 and Win 2 RT next week at the scheduled event.
According to Digital Chat Station, the Honor Win 2 phones will prioritize battery performance, with one of the two main models expected to sport a gargantuan 12,000 mAh battery. In addition, the Honor Win 2 phones will feature 2K 185 Hz displays, equal bezels, and a cooling fan. They're tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, although it's unclear which phone gets which SoC.
In addition to the Honor Win 2 and Honor Win 2 RT, the Honor Win Turbo 2 is expected as well, although it'll be a less premium model than its siblings. The Honor Win Turbo 2 has been touted to start with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, while likely being powered by a mid-range SoC.
