High-capacity Xiaomi power bank launches with 250W fast charging support and built-in cable

Xiaomi has launched an updated version of the 212W HyperCharge power bank, which was released in February 2025. This newer version keeps the overall capacity the same, which is 25,000mAh, but there is an upgrade in terms of charging speed.
Specifically, the new Xiaomi Power Bank Pro 25000 has a total rated output of 250W, and it includes a built-in retractable USB-C cable that supports 140W fast charging. The company notes that this cable is 70cm long and, combined with one USB-C port and one USB-A port, the portable charger can power three devices at the same time.
On that note, the USB-C port also has support for 140W fast charging, while the USB-A port maxes out at 120W (240W Ugreen USB-C cable with display curr. $15.99 on Amazon). Xiaomi further highlights support for multiple charging standards, including PD3.2, PPS, QC3.0, and Apple 2.4. This broad compatibility means that the power bank should work with pretty much all devices.
Another notable highlight of this 250W Xiaomi power bank is the integrated display, which can show the important details at a glance. There's app support, and users can view detailed charging reports in the app. It also includes the Xiaomi Find function, which can come in handy when the device is lost.
Design-wise, while the Xiaomi 212W HyperCharge power bank had a cyberpunk-themed aesthetic, this one has a minimalistic design. Other highlights include two color options, multiple safety features, and 140W self-charging support. In China, the new 250W model has a launch price of CNY 999, around $149, and it will likely launch globally soon.
