Fujitsu has launched a Godzilla-themed version of its lightweight FMV Zero laptop in Japan. The 14-inch Copilot+ PC weighs approximately 886g, features AMD Ryzen AI 400 processors and starts at ¥265,100 (around $1,680 at the time of writing).

Fujitsu Client Computing has unveiled the FMV Zero Godzilla Edition (FMV WU3G-L3), a special version of its lightweight 14-inch laptop developed in collaboration with the upcoming Japanese film Godzilla-0.0. Featuring AMD Ryzen AI 400 series processors and a magnesium chassis weighing approximately 886g, the model is available to order in Japan, starting at ¥265,100.

The laptop combines the FMV Zero's minimalist black design with several Godzilla-inspired details. Its lid features a black-on-black illustration of the monster, while the touchpad incorporates a dorsal-fin pattern. Fujitsu has also added a "G-0.0" logo to the Enter key and a special collaboration label to the underside.

The customisation extends to the software and accessories. Three exclusive wallpapers are included, and selecting the Godzilla theme in Windows changes the mouse pointer into a footprint. The supplied 65W USB-C power adapter also features Godzilla artwork and will be sold separately.

Fujitsu uses magnesium for the laptop's chassis covers and states that it meets MIL-STD-810H durability standards.

The FMV Zero GODZILLA EDITION can be configured with either an AMD Ryzen AI 5 430 or Ryzen AI 7 445 processor. The former offers four CPU cores and eight threads, while the latter provides six cores and twelve threads. Both feature integrated Radeon 840M graphics and dedicated AI processing capabilities, enabling Copilot+ PC functionality.

The laptop has a 14-inch anti-glare display with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels. Buyers can choose between 16GB and 32GB of memory, alongside SSD storage options ranging from 256GB to 2TB.

Other specifications include Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, USB4 ports, HDMI and wired Ethernet. Fujitsu lists a 63Wh battery, with up to 17.5 hours of video playback under JEITA 3.0 testing conditions.
