Anker has revealed a new 2-in-1 USB-C to USB-C Cable, which is now on sale in North America and Europe. The accessory offers up to 140W charging with smart power allocation for dual outputs. The braided cable is said to be durable, with a slider allowing you to adjust the length of the two USB-C cables.

The Anker 2-in-1 USB-C to USB-C Cable (4 ft, 140W) is now available worldwide. This is the first cable of its kind from the brand, allowing you to charge two devices simultaneously from a single output.

The 2-in-1 USB-C to USB-C cable offers a 480Mbps (USB 2.0) data transfer rate and up to 140W power when charging a single device. This would allow you to charge a MacBook Pro 16 to 50% in 20 minutes. Plus, the single port supports PD and PPS protocols, though this is not true for dual charging. When charging multiple devices, the total output power is capped at 130W with smart power allocation. For example, you could charge the same MacBook Pro at 112W with an iPhone at up to 18W. Two laptops charge at 50W, and two iPhone 15 smartphones share a 45W output; a table outlining various scenarios is included below.

The base cable is 3 feet (~0.9 m) long, and the two adjustable sections, thanks to a cable slider, measure up to 1 foot (~0.3 m). According to Anker, the braided cable with a nylon exterior can withstand over 10,000 bends and has an 18-month warranty. You can buy the Anker 2-in-1 USB-C to USB-C Cable (4 ft, 140W) for $25.00/€16.99/£19.99.
