Affordable Intel-powered Teclast mini PC launches globally with eGPU support

The Teclast N30 Pro is a new addition to the company's portfolio, but it's not exactly a brand-new mini PC. It features the same hardware and even the same port layout as some other Chinese mini PCs, such as the Morefine M9 Pro and Ninkear Mbox 18.
Of course, the Teclast mini PC has a sleeker overall design, coming with a minimalistic black chassis. Under the hood, there's the Intel Core 3 304, an entry-level processor within the Wildcat Lake lineup. Its performance is good enough for lightweight office and productivity workloads, and the 1-core Xe3 iGPU isn't for gaming, but it can handle light to moderate media loads well.
While the iGPU of the mini PC is too weak for GPU-bound workloads, the N30 Pro has a USB4 port, which brings eGPU support. This Type-C port also has 100W PD input and DP1.4 video output support, maxing out at 4K60. Other than this USB-C port, the system has the following ports:
- 3x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A
- 2x HDMI
- 1x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 1x 2.5GbE
- 1x 3.5mm audio
There's WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless connectivity, and for those who might want to use this mini PC as a lightweight NAS, it has Wake-on-LAN support. The 2.5GbE port is another nifty feature for home server use cases.
Teclast is offering only one configuration, and it comes with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 512GB SSD. This config is currently going for about $399 on AliExpress.
