Affordable 8.8-inch Teclast tablet launches globally with 2TB microSD support

The Teclast T60 Mini was initially introduced in September 2026, and the company later brought the affordable tablet to the Chinese market. Now, it's available on AliExpress, and its current price makes it a worthy pick for those looking for a compact entertainment pad.
Specifically, on AliExpress, the compact tablet is currently available for $130, which is more affordable than the T60 Mini's launch price in China. For those who missed our previous coverage, this pad features an 8.8-inch display, giving it the same form factor as the Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 5.
Of course, the display isn't as feature-rich as the one on the Legion tablet. The Teclast T60 Mini has an IPS panel with a resolution of 2,560x1,600 pixels, and the marketed brightness rating is 400 nits, which should be good enough for most occasions.
Another good aspect of the T60 Mini is that its display has a 90Hz refresh rate, which isn't common in sub-$150 tablets. The Unisoc T7300 powers the tablet, and it's not really a powerful SoC. It can deliver performance similar to the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, which is a lower-mid-range option.
On the bright side, the processor is good enough for media playback, lightweight productivity tasks, and light gaming. It's paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM, and the storage can be expanded through the microSD slot, which can hold up to a 2TB card.
On the battery side, the 6,000mAh battery isn't anything to write home about, and the 18W charging speed is another unamusing aspect of this affordable tablet. Other highlights include WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, a dual-speaker setup, and a slim and lightweight design.
