Intel Core Ultra 9 185H laptop prices are finally in free fall, dropping to as low as $799.99 for a 2024 Acer Swift Go 16 model at Costco. This deal is available through June 16 2024 while supplies last only in the US.

Besides the powerful top-of-the-line Core Ultra 9 185H processor with integrated Arc Alchemist 8-core GPU and AI Boost NPU, this laptop gets the Intel EVO certification with a slim (0.59 inches) and light (3.53 lbs) chassis. This is the version that comes with a 16-inch IPS display instead of an OLED. The IPS variant has touchscreen functionality, 1920 x 1200 resolution, 100% sRGB color gamut and 350 maximum brightness.

Also included are 32 GB LPDDR5-6400 RAM and a 1 TB PCie 4.0 NVMe SSD storage, as well as a 5 MP webcam with 1440p video recording, a fingerprint reader for enhanced security, stereo speakers with DTS audio compatibility and a white backlit keyboard with special MS Copilot key.

Port selection is solid with 2x Thunderbolt 4, 2x USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 (one with PD), HDMI 2.1 video out, audio jack and microSD card reader. Internet connectivity is ensured via a Wi-Fi 7 + BT 5.3 card.

The 65 Wh battery should last quite a bit for day-to-day tasks, but if users want to push the iGPU to the maximum, hooking up the provided 100 W power adapter is a must, which also activates the rather noisy cooling system.
