The latest Lenovo Yoga 7i has dropped to the lowest price in 120 days at Lenovo’s official online outlet. The 14-inch laptop rocks a 10-core Core i5-1335U CPU, 16 GB of non-expandable LPDDR5 RAM, and 512 GB of storage alongside a healthy port selection, Wi-Fi 6E, and a 71 Wh battery.

Lenovo introduced the 2023 Yoga 7i 14 and 16-inch variants back in March. The laptops come with the 13th gen Raptor Lake P/U series processors, updated displays, and FHD webcams that support Windows Hello facial log-in. The smaller of the duo, the 14-inch Yoga 7i, can now be yours for only US$783.74 courtesy of coupon code EXTRA5 applied at checkout at Lenovo’s official store (via slickdeals).

According to Lenovo, the Yoga 7i sales price is US$316.25 less than the list rate but one quick look at the Honey’s price history tool is enough to tell us that the machine was going for US$824.99 a few days ago. So, the actual discount is a modest US$41.

Nonetheless, the final rate of US$783.47 is a 120-day low per Honey’s price history tool, making this an excellent time to buy if you were previously waiting for the rate to drop further.

The Lenovo Yoga 7i on sale features a Core i5-1335U CPU, 16 GB of LPDDR5-5200 memory, 512 GB of PCIe Gen 4 storage, and a 14-inch 16:10 IPS display. The screen boasts 300 nits of brightness, 100% coverage of the sRGB gamut, and 60 Hz refresh rate.

Since the laptop belongs to the Yoga line of devices, the display features touch and pen input. Lenovo includes a Lenovo Digital PenClickPad in the box saving consumers the headache of buying one on their own.

Moving on to real-world usage, our review of the 16-inch Yoga 7 which shares much of the DNA with the 14-inch version revealed that the 2023 Yoga 7 chassis is thinner than the 2022 model and is reasonably sturdy with acceptable levels of warping.

On the performance side of things, our review unit came with a Core i7-1355U CPU which performs 5% and 15% better than the last-gen Core i7-1255U in multi-core and single-core workloads. We also found the performance sustainability over extended test sessions to be average for a 2-in-1 machine. So, the Yoga 7i 14 on offer with a Core i5-1335U CPU which is only 8% behind the Core i7-1355U in the Cinebench R23 Multi-Core benchmark should be able to handle and sustain the routine tasks and productivity-focused workloads.

Finally, our Yoga 7 review unit lasted almost 9.5 hours in our Wi-Fi Websurfing test. We can expect similarly good runtimes from the Yoga 7i SKU on sale.

Long story short, the Lenovo Yoga 7i 14 packs capable hardware, a solid display, and potentially first-rate battery life, making the 2-in-1 laptop an excellent value at the currently reduced prices.
