On 16th April KDE Plasma 6.0.4 was released, a bugfix update for the popular desktop environment for Linux and BSD systems. According to the KDE development team, a total of three weeks of work went into the small update, which bumps the version number from 6.0.3 to 6.0.4. It mainly contains bug fixes and new translations.
The release announcement for KDE Plasma 6.0.4 lists three notable bug fixes: Firstly, URLs are now correctly exported to the desktop portal when dragging and dropping. Secondly, the system monitor is now easier to use, as there is now a larger column configuration dialogue on the overview page. In addition, the Plasma 6 battery applet now correctly checks the battery charge status.
The 6.0.4 update of the Linux desktop environment KDE Plasma also includes other bug fixes. For example, the KWin window manager in KDE Plasma has received a number of bug fixes for the Wayland display server protocol.
